Wednesday evenings: 6pm - 9pm for 8 weeks
This class is for those wanting to take your new wheel-throwing skills a bit further, and explore the possibilities of altering your forms and adding surface decoration.
During these 8 weeks, you will explore a range of techniques in a safe and inclusive environment. Different styles and tips and tricks will be demonstrated so that you can work on your own projects during this time. Start by throwing pieces on the wheel, then explore various ways to embellish them with hand-built additions and surface decoration. Ideally you will have some previous experience with clay and can confidently throw a cylinder.
Clay and firing costs are extra.
