At this session we will:

Review of the current state of the sector and how it impacts your organisation
Discuss being proactive in response to changes to government funding and policy
Learn about knowing your worth and then asking for it
Provide an overview of models and some real life case studies of organisations working together to improve financial sustainability
Discuss collaborative options to discover future opportunities
Provide an opportunity for networking with like-minded people

Following the session, from 12.30pm - 1.30pm, we will be screening a webinar for tangata whenua, community and voluntary sector with the Minister of Social Investment, Nicola Willis. You are welcome to stay on and view this webinar with us. less
