Contact less firing service for members
**If you have a vaccine passport please don't use this service as it will clog up the system for other members.**
You will need a current membership to use this service.
Please make sure you have read the following for contact less drop off and pick up service.
Please do not enter the building.
This service is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 1pm – 3:30pm.
Drop Off
- Items measured and paid the day prior to dropping off
- Email items description, number of pieces with prices and photos of your items getting fired before putting them in a box. (This will help us find all your pieces once they have been fired)
- Firing sheets → Commercial firing sheet, Club firing sheet
- Please pack your items in an appropriate size box with your name and number clearly written on the outside.
- Leave your box(s) on the table outside the glaze room door and please scan QR code on table.
- Please label which items are for glaze or bisque firing (glaze items please state if for electric or gas)
Please deposit payments into the following bank account: 03-0371-00110591-000 and use the appropriate references "firing" or "clay".
Pick up
- You will be notified when your pottery is ready for collection.
- Your box(s) will be left on the table outside the glaze room, if you could reply to your notification email and let us know a time window when you will collect then we don't have to have it sitting outside unattended for a long period of time.
- If you want to collect items that were fired before the traffic light system, please send image and/or description of pieces. Please state makers mark and clay of items (if known)
- If you are missing pieces, please send an email of which pieces you are missing, and we can have it ready for next collection/drop of day.
