The focus of this class will be on surface decoration techniques rather than making.

If you are new to pottery, you will be guided through pottery basics, but the primary focus of the teaching will be on the decorating. If you are mostly interested in learning to make objects, we recommend you enrol in one of our handbuilding or wheel throwing classes first.

Over 8 weeks, you will learn techniques to decorate your pottery with a particular focus on a variety of mono-printing and linocut decoration techniques.

Ideal for complete beginners, or if you have been hand building or wheel throwing courses before there is always so much to learn

Tuesday Mornings: 9.30am - 12.30pm (8 weeks)

Payments for materials & firing can be paid at the Society and will be determined on usage.
