Call for Nominations

One of the items on the agenda will be the election of officers for the coming year. If you are interested in joining the committee please contact Paul Koch on 021 367 446. If you wish to nominate another dynamic section member please either contact Paul or come to the meeting prepared to place your nomination.

Proxy Votes

To be valid, a proxy vote form must be completed and received by email chairbop@cilt.co.nz not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the meeting and shall be available only for the meeting named therein or for any adjournment of such meeting.

Zoom Etiquette

As the AGM is being held online using ZOOM, those attending are required to have their cameras turned on for the duration of the meeting to verify that they are present. Participants are also required to display their correct, full name on screen.
