Learn how to prepare, update and read a operation budget and a project / event budget.

At this workshop you will discover how to:

Create budget time lines
Report on Income & Expenses effectively
Record donations and In-Kind Support
Develop Operational and Project / Activity budgets
Use Excel and Xero for budgets
Report Budget vs Actual
Make changes when things don't go according to plan

Templates, links to useful sites/ tools and a copy of the presentation will also be provided.

We are pleased to be able to deliver this monthly series free to local community organisations thanks to funding from TECT, BayTrust and Tauranga City Council.
